La Movida Valenciana is once again organising its big summer party in one of the most emblematic destinations on the Valencian coast:
This is undoubtedly the most chic event of the season in the most traditional venue on the Mediterranean coast, which stands equidistant between the two towns: La Hacienda.
IN JAVEA ON 11TH AUGUST
La Movida Valenciana is a platform of Valencian musicians from the great bands of the 80'-90's such as Glamour, Comité Cisne, Los Inhumanos, Revólver, VÃdeo, Betty Troupe, Orfeón Brutal, La Banda del Pop, Falsa Pasión, etc., who are still active with the aim of continuing to spread the music that marked an entire generation.
The event features an exclusive concert by LA BANDA DE LA MOVIDA VALENCIANA, a band made up of legendary musicians from the great Valencian bands of the best years of pop-rock, who will come together to perform a unique selection of the best national-international pop and funky-disco songs of the time (Alaska, Loquillo, Los Secretos, La Guardia, Hombres G, ABBA, Bee Gees, Roy Orbison and many others), in a very intense and fun concert.
The concert will be based on the mythical soundtrack of GREASE, so throughout the performance the most outstanding songs will be included, such as Summer Nights, Grease Lightnin', You're the one that I want or We go together, among others.
And if that wasn't enough, the party will be completed with one of the great DJs of the Valencian night, Luis Jordana (Funky Lawyers DJs), in a magical fusion of funk, pop and rock.
