FIRST A LITTLE HISTORY
Antonio Abad lived in Egypt between the 3rd and 4th centuries. He is said to have given all his worldly goods to the poor to live like a hermit in the desert. He died around 356 , on Mount Colzim, near the Red Sea. It is said that of old age but his date of birth is not known.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 18th. WITH THE XXI BURNING OF THE PINE OF SANT ANTONI
12.00 Transfer of the Pine from the Plaza de la Constitución, Dels Oms street Placeta del Convent, Ronda Colón, Virgen de la Merced and La Fuente to c/San Antonio.
14.00 Food for all members in the house.
20.00 Parking C/San Antonio Street. CREMÀ del Pino enlivened by the charanga. There will be nuts and mistela for the attendees.
SUNDAY, JANUARY 19th
10.00 Concentration of all the participants in the parade on C/San Antonio and adjacent streets to collect the Santo from the Hornacina.
11.00 Start of the parade with the following itinerary: Calle San Antonio, San Joaquin, Ronda Sur, Avda. Dawn, Avda. De los Fueros, Toni Llidó, Avda. Jaime I, President Plaza Adolfo Suárez, Cristo del Mar, Juan Carlos I, Cervantes , Avda. De Alicante, Ronda Norte, Prince of Asturias, San Juan Bautista, ending at Constitution Square.
13.00 Constitution Plaza. Blessing of all the cavalries and animals present. Then delivery of the Panecillo and the Estampa del Santo Patron. (In the blessing of the animals, a participation will be given to any person who brings an animal to it for the drawing of an image of San Antonio).
14.00 Gathering of all participants and caravan departure to C/San Antonio where the Saint will be deposited in his place and end of the concentration.
