The Ministry has reported, on 12th March, after a meeting held, that as of Monday March 16 classes are suspended in all educational centres and at all levels of the Valencian Community. Universities, Baccalaureate, Secondary and Infant Education, Kindergartens, Vocational Training both in public and private and concerted centres.
This decision has been taken as a preventive measure to the situation that is being experienced in the country by the coronavirus.
Although at the moment there is no official notice that there is any case in the Marina Alta, the Ministry of Health has confirmed that in total there are 98 active cases in the Valencian Community:
➡️ 14 in the nursing home
➡️ 6 in the province of Alicante
➡️ 3 in the province of Valencia
➡️ 1 in the province of Castellón
