Work is expected to begin in the second half of 2023, with the plan to open to the public in the summer of 2025.

For this, the technical team led by the architects Roberto Moratal, Daniel Palomino and Adrián Ferrer have begun drafting the project that will have 124 rooms, of which 103 will be standard plus 21 various sized suites.

The complex will have a spa with several pools and water circuits and a restaurant open to the general public.

The construction will adhere to some marked sustainability criteria that will allow CO2 emissions to be reduced, both during construction and during the life of the property. To this end, passive measures to reduce emissions, materials from the circular economy and equipment and facilities powered by renewable energies will be used.

The promoter Infilev SL has maintained contact with the Javea Town Hall, which has shown its satisfaction with the development of a project that enhances the quality tourism for the town.

The promoter has recently developed other initiatives of this type, such as the construction of a tourist complex on Gandía beach that houses the Hotel Senator shown below.

JC note:….we tried to find some further information on the building comany Infilev, but could not initially locate a website. They do have a Facbook page HERE, which then leads to a website with a different name, Resideniaelalamo.
