18 months ago, it was announced that Javea would be building a new hotel.
In the first announcement, it was anticipated that the facilities would open in 2025, but it is now known that it will not be until the spring of 2026 when the new 4-star hotel will ready to accept guests.
It is part of the SH -Singular Hotel- hotel chain and involves an investment of 20 million euros. In addition, it will generate around 100 direct and indirect jobs.
Located between the historic centre and Duanes de la Mar, 250 metres from the beach it will have a total of 131 rooms that will be spacious, bright and equipped with all the amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay for its guests.
The new hotel will have a spa with a heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, massage area and gym. It will also include a gastronomic restaurant and a buffet that will offer a wide variety of dishes made with fresh, seasonal and local products.
The outdoor area will have large common areas with a swimming pool. It will be designed with a modern and avant-garde style, using sustainable and environmentally friendly materials.
