Javea is sadly lacking in emergency cover for their animals when faced with really serious cases needing urgent attention, sometimes as a matter of life and death.
On the group we have seen so many posts where an animal has not pulled through because it had been impossible to reach a vet in time.
So, whilst these are not personal recommendations, here is a list of vets that are more likely to help you in your hour of need, but we are really hoping that more local vetinary professionals will perhaps consider, maybe, a rota along the lines of the way the pharmacies work. Heres hoping!
