National and regional official holiday dates for 2025

The Valencian Government has approved the working calendar for the year 2025, which will have 12 paid and non-recoverable holidays.

These are the dates:-

  • 1 January – New Year
  • 6 January – Three Kings
  • 19 March – San José – Father’s Day
  • 18 April – Good Friday
  • 21 April – Easter Monday
  • 1 May – Labour Day
  • 15 August – Virgen de Agosto;
  • 9 October – Día de la Comunitat Valenciana
  • 1 November – All Saints Day
  • 6 December – Día de la Constitución
  • 8 December – Day of the Inmaculada Concepción
  • 25 December – Christmas Day

Local municipalities will add to the calendar, two further local public holidayss, making a total of 14 public holidays indicated in the Workers’ Statute. In Javea, one of these optional days will be 24th June (San Juan).
