This is a global event to tidy our planet by collecting rubbish – www.letsdoitworld.org
As we are all aware, now than ever before, it is time to take action and CLEAN UP our beaches, bays, roadsides, urbanisations, Miradors etc. We are slowly destroying our marine life by OUR rubbish, especially plastic, that ends up in our seas.
TELITEC and Infinity International have kindly agreed to sponsor a Spread some Sunshine fund raising, clean up day here in Javea and surrounding areas. We will be publishing the participating TEAMS names in local press and giving you a shout on Bay Radio. So be on that list, don’t miss out …… show you care for our community!
- Notify me Helen Davis by email [email protected] of your team name and the area you plan to clean.
- Teams can be corporate, societies, friends, urbanisations, businesses and their customers ….. in fact ANYONE !
- Then register your ‘TEAM’ for 50 euro on gofundme.com Spread some Sunshine .ALL money will go to buy food and care for the general well being for the children’s care homes we personally support in Sri Lanka
- Ideally arrange for your team to clean between 3pm and 5pm, you will need gloves and black bin bags/recyclable shopping bags to collect the rubbish. PLEASE ENSURE YOU WEAR HI VIZ JACKETS IF YOU ARE NEAR TRAFFIC
- Take before and after photos !! Then from 5.30pm teams will gather at the Pinosol Park, Javea with water and fresh oranges provided by TELITEC and Infinity International
- Press photos will be taken and teams will be awarded a certificate
- You will receive feed back and photos on exactly how your money will be used to help our Spread some Sunshine children.
