JOB OPPORTUNITY – AREA MANAGER FOR AN INSURANCE BROKERAGE
National insurance broker, due to the expansion and consolidation of its business project
focused mainly on expatriate staff and companies in the Levante, Canary Islands, Andalusia
and Catalonia.
IS LOOKING FOR AN AREA MANAGER
We are looking for a person who is responsible for operating in the insurance market, preferably
within the expatriate sector, both for private and for small and medium-sized businesses.
Empathetic, with communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, passionate about
sales.
Must have the ability to perform routine operational tasks and collaborate in supporting the
optimisation and improvement of established processes.
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Together with the Brokerage technicians, the personalised study, design and presentation of the
offer, to include also the maintenance of the assigned portfolio and the continued opening of
new markets.
IS REQUIRED TO HAVE:
Perfect knowledge of the English and Spanish languages, having to speak fluently and write
correctly in both languages. (essential)
Concern about the marketing and commercialisation process of sales campaigns on social
networks and the internet.
Manage social networks with ease
Ability and responsibility to work from home
Ease of working with basic computer tools within the Office environment and similar.
WE VALUE BUT IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL:
University education
Degree in insurance mediation (A, B, C)
Knowledge of other emerging languages.
WE OFFER:
Permanent training in matters such as marketing, information technology, sales and insurance
in their commercial and legal aspects, obtaining of the necessary qualifications as a mediator if
not already possessed.
Indefinite contract and registration with social security
Remuneration consisting of fixed and commissions
Flexible hours as a result of pro-responsibility and autonomy in the management and marketing
processes implemented.
A trial period will be established that will vary between three to six months
