The service is enabled on the website itself at https://citaprevia.ajxabia.com/ . It is very easy to use and does not require the installation of any apps etc, only a contact email is required. An appointment reminder will be sent and you will be notified of any changes.
The Department of New Technologies, led by Ximo Segarra, has promoted this new alternative channel to manage appointments directly with the service calendar that each department manages.
The system is already active for the areas of Urban Planning, Tax Management, Collection and OAC, which are the most demanded, and will gradually incorporate the rest of the departments.
The City Council also reminds people that citizens have at their disposal the electronic office (xabia.sedelectronica.es), to carry out their procedures without an appointment and without having to travel.
