Rising suspicions of an arsonist in the area after the succession of forest fires in our region.
In the last three days no less than seven fires have been declared in different parts of the region: Verger, Vall de Laguar, Javea, Vall de la Gallinera, Gata, Jalon and Orba. The Valencian Security and Emergency Agency has requested that the Civil Guard be vigilant as they suspect an arsonist is at work.

This repetition of fires is incredibly worrying and almost all of them have a common denominator…the existence of a nearby road that could be used as an escape route by the alleged arsonist.
As always, we congratulate all the emergency services in the way they have dealt with this awful situation.
