On February 10th, the streets of Javea’s historic centre will be filled with party, joy, music and colour with the celebration of the Carnival.
This wonderful annual event will begin at 17:30 p.m., with the children’s Carnival parade. The departure will be from the Plaza de la Constitución and concluding later with a show for them, entitled ‘Fantasyland’.
The Carnival will continue with discooibile entertainment and a bar service by the Festival Commission.
Later, at 23:30, from the Placeta del Convent, the adult carnival parade will take place, followed by the finale to the big festival, when you can party with the Monte Carlo orchestra.
Registration for the awards for best individual, couple and group costume will take place 30 minutes before the start of each parade, both children and adults. The prizes will be 50 euros for the best costume in the individual category, 100 euros for the best couple costume and 150 euros for the group costume.
