The D * na is a gastronomic festival with international projection, which is organised every year by the City Council of Dénia and Turisme Comunitat Valenciana. Its great significance has to do, in part, with the role of the 3-Michelin-star chef Quique Dacosta as spokesman and gastronomic curator.
