October this year was the warmest in history of Spain since records began and in the Valencian Community the warmest since 1950, according to data from the State Meteorological Agency.
However, the mornings are now cooler with the arrival of autumn, especially with the slight gusts of wind at the end of the week. But, when will the cold arrive in the Marina Alta?
According to forecasts, it will not be yet. At the moment the high temperatures will continue during the day without any sudden changes.
So, until next Thursday, the coolest day will be on Saturday 5th November. In Dénia and Javea the maximum temperature will remain at 23ºC while the minimum will be 12ºC.
In pre-coastal municipalities, such as Gata de Gorgos, Pedreguer and Ondara, the maximum will be 22ºC and the minimum between 10 and 11 degrees.
Despite the slight decrease, from Sunday temperatures will rise again and will start the week exceeding 25ºC on the coast and reaching 24ºC in the inland towns of the region.
