12.00 h. Showcooking “Cuina amb ametla” by the chef Pep Romany, the Pont Sec Restaurant in Dénia, and the ice cream maker Óscar Palacio, from Palacio Heladeros Artesanos de Pedreguer.
1:00 p.m. Cooking workshop: Alcalalí candy with almonds, aimed at children.
