I want to give a shout out to my new favourite restaurant in Benitachell:
Tribus Vegan Cafe. I have had many a lunch there (btw the vegan kebabs are amazing) and just went to one of their Saturday Tasting Menu Evenings tonight. Wonderful plant based food, prepared with love and attention! For all you Javean vegans (and non vegans too) looking for somewhere while V-thos is on vacation, check it out, you won’t be disappointed. Workshops too!!!!
